PALEF is always in need of active and interested volunteers for all of its projects, year 'round! Volunteers play a very important and crutial part in the life and development of PALEF. Without a strong contingent of dedicated and active volunteers we, in the non-profit arena could not survive! The very strength and backbone of our work is dependent on the quality of volunteer staff and supporters we have. Annually we use something in excess of fifty volunteers for the various projects we undertake, and the myriad musical plays we present. Twice a year we throw a huge party for all of the season's volunteers as our way of saying 'thank you' for a job well done! We award certificates, usually its a 'pot luck' buffet, where we play games, generally unwind and socialize. It is not only done to praise the significant work the volunteers do, but it is a buketload of fun as well. From our volunteer base we find hires, mentors, instructors, and others to possibly become full-time active members or employees of our PALEF family.
